MOONLIGHT DUNKERQUE C1900
A French windjammer is given welcome assistance by two tugs in the calm waters of Dunkerque harbour. She probably belongs to Antoine Borde's fleet which had recently moved its main operation from Nantes, up river on the Loire, to the booming Channel port of Dunkerque.
